  • Public deed of real estate duly registered in the name of the applicant with a minimum age of two years and proof of stable employment with a minimum age of two years.

• Interview. You must be present for a consular interview.
• Minors. Children under 18 years of age have to present their birth certificate and have to be accompanied by either both parents or their legal guardians, or present a notarized authorization from them to travel to Mexico. • Financial investment with an average of $1000 (equivalent) monthly balance during the last 3 months.

For studies more than 6 months:

• Bank statement with a monthly average balance equivalent to $6,650 during the last 3 months.

Parents or legal guardian can show financial documents for applicants less than 25 years old.

7. Interview. Face a consular interview.
