- Passport. Submit a passport that is valid for at least 6 month.
- Passport-size color photograph. Present a recent photo from the front, without glasses and with a white background.
-  Evidence of financial status. Accredit evidence of sufficient economic solvency through any of the following documents:
- Copy of the documents that demonstrate that you have a job or pension with monthly income free of liens over $670, during the last three months and proof of stable employment with a minimum age of one year, or
- Original and copy of proof of investments or bank accounts in the name of the applicant with a monthly average balance equivalent to $2,000, during the last three months, or
- Public deed of real estate duly registered in the name of the applicant with a minimum age of two years and proof of stable employment with a minimum age of two years.
- Interview. You must be present for a consular interview.
- Minors. Children under 18 years of age have to present their birth certificate and have to be accompanied by either both parents or their legal guardians, or present a notarized authorization from them to travel to Mexico. When traveling with single parents, widows or divorcees, the corresponding documents should be presented.

Mexico Business Visa Requirements

- International Passport. Passport must be valid for at least 6 month.

Invitation Letter
A responsive letter from the organization inviting the foreign person to participate in some event or unpaid activity in national territory. The letter must contain the following information:

- Full address and contact details of the organization or institution.

- Estimated duration or approximate date of completion of the activity to be carried out.
- The commitment to take charge of the maintenance of the foreign person during her stay in Mexico and her return to her country of origin or residence. In order to prove that it has the resources to fulfill this obligation, the inviting private organization or institution will present an original and copy of proof of investments or bank accounts with an average monthly balance equivalent to $6,650 during the last twelve months. Public institutions and private institutions belonging to the National Educational System do not need to prove economic solvency.
- Copy of official identification with signature and photograph of who subscribes the responsive letter.
- The documents with which the foreign person proves that he has the experience, capacity, abilities or knowledge necessary to carry out the activity for which he is invited, in original and copy.

Mexico Student Visa Requirements
- Visa Fee. Pay non-refundable fee of USD40.
- Student visa application form. Present dully completed and signed application for student visa.
- Biometric. Take biometric for visa processing. You cannot present your documents via courier or a third party.
- Passport. Come with a passport valid for at least 6 months before its expiry date. If you are not a Nigerian citizen, you will also need to provide either evidence of your legal entry into Nigeria, or of your legal residence in the country.

This must come from an institution belonging to the National Education System (Sistema Educativo Nacional) for the intention to do studies, courses, or projects for investigative, academic or professional purposes. Studies under 6months:
- Documents accounting for an employment, pension allowance or scholarship with a monthly income equivalent to minimum $670.00, free of taxes, during the last 3 months, or,
- Financial investment with an average of $1000 (equivalent) monthly balance during the last 3 months.
For studies more than 6 months:
- Bank statement with a monthly average balance equivalent to $6,650 during the last 3 months.
Parents or legal guardian can show financial documents for applicants less than 25 years old.
- Interview. Face a consular interview.

Visa applications for working permits have to be requested in Mexico by the prospective employer at any office of the National Migration Institute (Instituto Nacional de Migración – INM / INAMI) located along the country.
