Withdrawal of Passport at South Africa Visa Application in Nigeria
This article teaches you how to withdraw your passport from the South Africa visa application centre / Embassy in Nigeria.
Applicants who wish to withdraw their passports after the submission of visa applications at VFS Centers in Nigeria should follow the steps below.
How To Withdraw Passport From South Africa Embassy
• Download the South Africa withdrawal form here and fill it. Alternatively, you can request for the form at VFS Centre.
• Write a letter detailing the reasons for withdrawal.
• Get the VFS ICR copy and a copy of international passports bio data page.
Submit the above documents at the South African Visa Application Centre in Nigeria between 8.00am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday (except on holidays declared by the High Commission or Federal Government of Nigeria).

Please note that the withdrawal of application takes minimum of 3 working days. It might take a longer duration as per the discretion of the Consulate / High Commission
If you withdraw an application, the visa fees and VFS service fees would not be refunded.
Applicants are to submit the withdrawal form at the respective Centre where the application was submitted or sent via email to info.zang@vfshelpline.com
Applicants must submit the withdrawal form in person or via the applicants’ email addresses. No representative can submit the form on behalf of applicants.
The withdrawal process starts from the time the withdrawal form is submitted at the Consulate/High commission by VFS.
