Documents Required For Tanzania Visa In Nigeria

  • Visa Application Form (Download it)
  • A valid Nigerian passport (valid for at 6 months from the date of your application)
  • Two recent passport sized photographs (on white background)
  • Visa fee in cash (N16,300 – subject to change)
  • An invitation letter from your host (if invited)
  • Flight reservation

  • Valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate

How To Apply for a Tanzanian Visa

Nigerian passport holders require tourist visa/business visa (single-entry visa or multiple as the case may be) to visit Tanzania. First timers get single entry.   • Visit the Tanzanian Immigration Services Website (www.immigration.go.tz)
  • Click on e-services button;
  • Select and click on the e-Visa Application Form button

  • The applicant will receive an e-mail message containing User Identification Number used to track the application online.
  • Payment is next after the completion of your form

MULTIPLE VISA
  • Valid passport

  • Attached Certificate of marriage of a spouse and a passport/national ID, if the applicant comes to visit a spouse OR;
  • Any proof that justifies that a visitor is required to visit the United Republic of Tanzania frequently.

BUSINESS VISA
  • Valid international passport
  • Return ticket of the flight;

  • A work contract or any proof of the work/assignment to be performed within a period not exceeding three months; or
