Documents Required For Pakistan Visa in Nigeria

Photo. You need to submit Four Passport size Photographs along with your application.

Passport data page. A colour copy of your Passport data page is compulsory.

Invitation. You must provide an invitation letter from Pakistan for a business visit.

Hotel reservation. If travelling for tourism purpose, you need to provide proof of accommodation.

Introduction letter. An introduction/recommendation letter from the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce to important to back up your business visit.

Cover letter. A letter from your company detailing your position and purpose of visit.

Certificate of Incorporation. You need to submit your business registration document if you own a registered business in Nigerian (self-employed).

Bank statement. You must submit a 6-month bank statement with sufficient funds. Your bank must sign and stamp on the statement.

Visa fee. The visa fee for a single entry is $100 while multiple entries are US$ 150.

Have you been refused a visa to any country (if yes, state the country, the exact date of refusal, reference and reason for denial).

Have you been granted Pakistani visa before? (if yes, state the exact date of visit, visa number, purpose of visit, duration of stay, visa type, cities visited and place of visa issue)

Do you intend to visit Azad Jammu and Kashmir during your stay in Pakistan?

Are you staying in a hotel? (if no, enter the full name of your host in Pakistan,, address, Nationality, email address, relationship, contact number and duration of stay). If you want to stay in a hotel, mention the province and district of where you prefer to stay.

Is your trip being sponsored? (If yes, state the sponsor name, email address, phone number, National ID and address)

Do you have any friend or relatives in Pakistan? (If yes, enter the full name of your host in Pakistan, address, Nationality, relationship, contact number and email address).
